Thanks to the team at Carolina Open Door Realty for making the process of selling our home seamless. My husband and I had some initial anxiety about getting our home ready for the market - the dreaded "to do list." After our first meeting with the team, we immediately realized that the process didn't have to be a headache and we had lots of support. Right away a preliminary inspection was performed, and complimentary staging advice was provided. Our advice is to take the staging advice and throw your personal opinions out the door. Trust the professionals! All we had to do is work through the checklist provided and it all came together beautifully for the photography session, which was also complimentary. When our home went active, it was very well received by potential buyers. Within 6 days, we had received 3 offers! Again, a heartfelt thank you goes out to your team!
